Travis Weeks

By: Joseph Kerrigan
Updated: April 12, 2013
Travis comes to the Permian Basin after spending a short time in Abilene at KRBC as an associate producer. He graduated in August of 2012 from the prestigious University of North Texas with a Bachelors degree in Converged Broadcast Media, focused in sports broadcasting.

A native of Grapevine, Texas, he grew up a die-hard fan of Pudge Rodriguez and the Texas Rangers. His mom was born and raised in Michigan, and he's got some of that northern blood in him as well. Some of his other favorite teams include the Detroit Red Wings and the Michigan State Spartans.

Travis is a proud member of his Fraternity, Delta Sigma Phi. He bleeds green because of his fandom for UNT and MSU.

When Travis isn't at work, you can find him glued to the MLB Network or watching his favorite shows like Duck Dynasty, Swamp People, Mad Men, and Breaking Bad.

He loves to talk about any and every sport, and twitter is his go to social media site.

Email him whenever you'd like, as he would love to hear from you about your favorite sports teams and experiences. Follow him on twitter and he'll be sure to follow back as well!
