STANTON -- An Odessa-based truck driver dies in a rollover crash in Martin County.

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers tell Big 2 that 40-year-old Craig Allan Stock was driving a Frac Tank Rentals truck east on Interstate 20 when he went off the road near Exit 156 around 9 AM Friday.

Stock lost control of the truck -- which skidded, hit a pole and rolled over. He was then rushed to Midland Memorial Hospital with serious injuries, and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

No one else was involved in the crash.

TXDOT workers had to close eastbound Interstate 20 in Stanton for several hours as troopers and Martin County Sheriff's deputies investigated the wreck.

Interstate 20 reopened around 3:20 PM Friday.
