Monahans Substitute Teacher Accused Of Improper Relationship With Student

MONAHANS -- A Monahans High School substitute teacher is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

    Caryn Jordan Millan is charged with having an improper relationship between an educator and a student under the age of 21.

    Monahans Police tell Big 2 that Millan, 36, is accused of having inappropriate relationships with Monahans High School students.

    Police are still investigating the incident, and they hope to present their findings before a grand jury.

    Millan had been working as a substitute teacher at Monahans-Wickett-Pyote I.S.D. before she turned herself in to police on March 8th.

    Millan has since bonded out of the Ward County Jail.
