CBS sells out ads for Big Game

(By John Kucko) CBS has sold ALL of its advertising inventory for Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans.  The network will air between 60 and 70 commercials, with the average cost of a :30 spot estimated between $3.7 million and $3.8 million dollars.  Last year's Super Bowl drew an average of 111.3 million viewers to the tv, the last three Super Bowls have set viewership records in the United States.  Some companies have paid in excess of $4 million for a Super Bowl ad.
