OPD Sergeant Retires

A sergeant at the center of a controversial investigation has put in his letter of resignation after he became the center of an investigation. Texas Rangers have been looking into a family violence case surrounding former OPD Seargent Johnny Valderaz since last month. Again, he has resigned from the force, and the investigation continues.
