The sequestered spa at Joe James Salon & Day Spa is a wonderfully
tranquil place. It’s perfect for enjoying the many heavenly treatments we offer.
The spa offers a peaceful sitting area, a dry sauna as well as steam showers.
We also provide an area where make up and hair can be touched up after
your spa service.

The hair salon covers over 2000 square feet. This area is very high energy
and always bustling with people. We take hair care seriously and are fully
equipped to bring you the best quality of service. The equipment in use at
our salon represents the best technology available to our industry.

Our nail care area offers comfortable, secluded seating for your manicures
as well as special pedicure thrones which are not to be found anywhere else
in Midland.

We are confident you will find our salon and day spa an interesting and
inviting place to visit.

Our People

The people at Joe James Salon & Day Spa are what make this a special place.
Joe James is the owner and artistic director. His color technique and his work
ethic are truly without equal in the local area.

Ashlie Cardenas, Ernesto Calderon, and Megan Garcia make up our
management team. The management team together with all of the talented
stylists nail technicians and skin estheticians represent the most important aspect of the salon. Joe James personally welcomes you to stop in, take a
tour of the facility, meet the staff and become a client!

History

Joe James Salon opened in Midland’s San Miguel Square in December 1996.
The salon was relocated to Plaza Oaks in July 2005. The move to Plaza Oaks
was made as a result of growing demand and salon growth. The square
footage was tripled from the San Miguel location with much of the additional
space going to the day spa area.
