Arrest Made in "Truth or Dare" Agg. Assault of Child

Last week we told you about a truth or dare game where an 11-year-old was dared to perform so sort of sexual act on a 19-year-old.
On Friday, Midland Police arrested 19-year-old Elijah Sullivan and charged him with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
An outcry was made by the 11-year-old victim, to her grandmother about what happened and how she and other minors were playing this truth or dare game with some adult males in their late teens.
It's not known if more arrests will follow.
