The band lowered to the ground from Cowboys Stadium giant video board singing their hit "I Gotta Feeling." The band wore black outfits that included flashing LED lights. They were surrounded by several hundred dancers wearing white, LED lit suits as well. Some of the dancers had lighted white cubes on their heads.
There was a big surprise for fans as famed guitarist Slash showed up to help Fergie sing the classic Guns 'N Roses song "Sweet Child O'Mine."
The band also shared the stage with recording artist Usher for a duet with Will.i.Am.
The Black Eyed Peas also used the halftime show to encourage Americans to get an education and to love each other before signing off.
