Two months after his alleged crime, a Midland man is doing time.
Midland police arrested 20 year old Eric Pena at his workplace Tuesday morning for burglary and attempted sexual assault.
Midland Police say Pena entered a woman's house without her permission. He reportedly said wanted to borrow some money from the unidentified 23-year old woman, but then followed her into the house and allegedly tried to get her to have sex with him.
He allegedly didn't get too far, and the woman convinced him to leave. Three days later she called the police, and a justice of the peace put an arrest warrant out.
Pena is being held in the Midland County Detention Center on $20,000 bond.
