Jeffs Set To Be Extradited To Texas

    A polygamist leader had his conviction overturned in Utah, but now he's in trouble in the Lone Star State.
    Utah's governor signed a warrant that allows Warren Jeffs to be extradited to Texas. Jeffs is facing bigamy and aggravated sexual assault charges in the Lone Star State. The charges come from alleged incidents between Jeffs and teenage girls at a ranch near El Dorado.
    Jeffs was the leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, which practices polygamy.
    Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff said he would not seek a retrial in that state until after Jeffs is tried in Texas.
