John Paul Hernandez was indicted back in 2007, years after allegedly molesting four incarcerated youths. Hernandez used to be a principal at the school in Pyote. He has insisted he is innocent.
As of Thursday, he still hasn't gone to trial, and no trial date has been set.
Ray Brookins, the former assistant superintendent at the school, was tried and sentenced back in April to 10 years in prison. The school itself was shut down entirely earlier in 2010.
