Three men have been arrested after allegedly stealing beer from a 7-Eleven in Odessa.
Odessa Police say David Paul Luna, Antonio Tavarez and Filiverto Jesse Velasques hit the store on East 42nd in Odessa early Tuesday. They tried to take off with more than $100 in beer, and hit the clerk in the face.
Police got to the store as the men were leaving, and they arrested Luna and Tavarez. Police say Velasquez ran and was arrested on top of a roof. Now all three are charged with engaging in organized crime.
