Three Odessa tobacco store clerks are in trouble, after police say they were caught selling to minors during an undercover sting.
It all happened last week, when Odessa Police had underage kids go out to try and buy tobacco from almost sixty locations. All but three places turned the kids down.
The Oasis Drive-Thru on Clements, Smokers Outlet on University, and the Kent on University all sold to the minors. Now, all three clerks will have to appear in court for citations.
