It took more than 30 fire fighters to battle a structure fire in Midland.
The Midland Fire Department responded to a structure fire on Sprayberry Drive on Sunday morning around 7:35 AM. When fire crews arrived, they found a detached garage structure fully involved in flames. Radiant heat from the fire damaged two adjacent homes.
Neighbors alerted the residents inside, and everyone made it out safely. Now the Red Cross and the Midland County Crisis Intervention Unit are assisting those families.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
