By: Dylan Brooks
Updated: September 27, 2010

After having some engine problems, the Commemorative Air Force is proud to announce that the world's only flyable Boeing B-29 Superfortress has returned to the skies in time for the upcoming Airsho.
Fifi took her first flight on August 6th, but she experienced a distributor malfunction in engine number 2, damaging some of the cylinders. The engine was removed and shipped off for repairs. It was returned and tested and now the aircraft is ready for flight.
