Victor White Interviewed In Jail

An article in The Odessa American over the weekend has provided more information on the man accused of starting a shootout with police in West Odessa.
The paper spoke with Victor White behind bars at the Midland County Detention Center. White said that he believed a petroleum company, which had sprayed pesticides near a pumpjack on his property, was poisoning his water. He also said he believed the deputies violated his personal property rights, and that he had fun shooting at the tanks.
