A Basin institute moved to a new home Thursday.
The John Ben Sheppard Leadership Institute moved its offices into the Presidential Museum in Odessa. The museum held a ribbon cutting to highlight the move.
Texas Representative Tryon Lewis believes "it helps the mission for both of them to be housed together because they have similar and overlapping missions and this way it helps each of them accomplish their missions better."
J.B.S. Leadership Institute Director Bobby Burns states the move will be mutally beneficial to all parties involved, saying it's a natural fit.
