Odessa Recognizes Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and that was the purpose for a big luncheon in Odessa Tuesday.
There was a silent auction at the luncheon, a style show, and more. There was also a speech from Linda Armstrong Kelly, who is seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong's mother. She talked about how people can achieve their dreams no matter what challenges they face.
Pink was the color of the day. Items at the event included pink ribbon items, pink-tinis and more.
