When you think of a loft, you probably think of a pricey one-or-two bedroom space located inside a big building in the big city. But now, that's pretty much what you'll find in downtown Midland, only bigger and better.
Loft On Main Street held their grand opening Tuesday. The first of the three lofts was completed. Each are three story lofts with two bedrooms, two baths, two living areas and two balconies. The second and third lofts are not yet complete, and if interested people can have a say in what they'll feature.
"Each unit is laid out the same as this one, or it can be laid out different," developer Joshua Hopkins told Big 2. "Right now, the middle unit is laid out as a one bedroom, two living area, three bath."
Interested people should be ready to fork over some cash. They cost between $350,000-$400,000.
