Odessa College 30-for-30 Ends

Odessa College hosted a month-long fitness challenge during the month of September, where they urged everyone to exercise 30 minutes a day, for 30 days. It's OC's commitment to healthy minds, healthy bodies and healthy lives.
On Thursday, they held a news conference to congratulate everyone who participated. And they also gave out three grand prizes.
"We gave a few prizes away," says Odessa College president Dr. Gregory Williams. "But all of those who participated, all of those who learned something, all of those who grew from this experience...they're all winners, and that's what we're celebrating."
Each 30-for-30 challenge gets a little bit bigger and better than the one before. Odessa College says this year, almost 3,200 people participated in the challenge.
