Odessa Teen Arrested For Burglary

    An Odessa teen is behind bars, facing burglary charges.
    Nicholas Dewayne Howell, 19, was arrested October 5th at his father's house after officers searched the home. Police say that they found several stolen social security cards and checkbooks there.
    Howell is charged with two felony counts of burglary of a habitation, as well as two counts of misdeamenor vehicle burglary. He's being held in the Ector County Detention Center on $110,000.
