Hernandez Found Guilty For Deadly Crash

MIDLAND -- A Midland man has been convicted of murder for his role in a deadly accident.
    It took a jury about an hour to return with a guilty verdict against Jose Miguel Hernandez Tuesday. Police said that he got into a crash in Midland in December 2009 where he ran a red light and crashed into another car. David Libenson died in that crash and his wife Stacy was badly injured.
    Hernandez had already pleaded guilty to two of the six felonies he was charged with in the incident Tuesday. Now, he faces up to 99 years behind bars.
