EL PASO -- A Monahans man serving a 60 year sentence for arson has been denied a final appeal.
Lee Earnest Frerich, 28, pleaded guilty for arson after setting fire to his girlfriend's mobile home in 2006. According to The Odessa American, he told investigators that he lit insulation under the house to scare his girlfriend.
Now, Frerich faces an additional 57 years in prison for arson.
