Odessa Man Shot in the Head

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is behind bars after allegedly shooting another man in the head.
    Juan Bejarano was arrested Saturday night after Odessa Police got a call of shots fired in the 2700 block of Van. When police arrived, they say they witnessed two men leaving the scene. One of the men was holding a gun. Police say the victim,  58 year-old Gerardo Bustamantes, had been shot in the head and was taken to Medical Center Hospital to be treated.
    Bejarano, 49, was the man with the gun. He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and a possession felony. Police also say another suspect was interviewed and has been released.
