ODESSA -- Sex offenders are supposed to register every time they move somewhere, and the City of Odessa is making sure they are doing just that.
The city currently monitors 126 offenders. Earlier this week, they launched Operation REAP Harvest, where they checked on every one of those offenders, making sure they were living where they said they were.
Most of the sex offenders checked out, but there were five offenders that the city wasn't able to reach. If the city can't reach those offenders soon, they'll arrest them.
