ODESSA -- Four Permian High School students have been indicted on charges stemming from a burglary.
Gordan Palmer, Ruben Ochoa, Braxton Hudgens and Tommey James Morris were all arrested in September and charged with burglary. Police say the teens broke into a home on Custer Avenue and stole some laptops. All four had been at the home previously for a party.
Two of the teens, Morris and Palmer, were also on the Permian football team, and were suspended indefinitely after the charges were filed.
