One organization is making sure students of all ages are prepared
for college. It's all part of P.O.P. and the Program is holding a
seminar on Thursday. Latisha Williams talks about the upcoming event.
P.O.P. is a program designed to assist anyone in his or her
journey to PLAN, ORGANIZE, and PREPARE for college. The program
utilizes hands-on activities and workshops that engage participants
in the process.
The program was established as a means of
tearing down the barriers that hinder so many people from attending
college. P.O.P.’s purpose is to not allow anyone to “fall through
the cracks”.
The P.O.P. Seminar is Thursday, November 18th
6:30 PM—8:00
PM
Midland College Cogdell Learning Center, Room 101
201 W.
