Priest Charged With Sexual Assault and Accused of Ordering Killing

DALLAS -- A former priest who has been charged with sexually assaulting a teenage boy is also accused of trying to kill the victim.
John Fiala, 52, was arrested on Thursday in Garland,Texas. He's accused of holding the teen at gunpoint and forcing that victim to have sex with him twice between 2007 and 2008. The alleged incidents happened in Rocksprings, where Fiala was a pastor.
Now, an undercover informant says that Fiala offered him $5,000 to kill the victim. Fiala is being held in the Dallas County Jail on $700,000 bond.
