M.I.S.D. Teacher Accused of Improper Conduct

MIDLAND -- An M.I.S.D. teacher is behind bars, accused of having an improper relationship with a student.
    Ruben Rodriguez was a teacher at Midland Lee High School. On Saturday night, Rodriguez was found in a parked car in central Midland. Police say he was there with a 16-year old female student. Police also say Rodriguez admitted he had an improper relationship with the girl.
    Rodriguez has now been charged with a second degree felony. Meanwhile, M.I.S.D. has placed him on administrative leave.
