Roughly 15 acres burned in south Midland County Monday night after two power lines blew together and caused a spark that started the fire. The call came in around 6:30 PM on Monday, and numerous fire departments responded to the scene. Fire crews from Midland, Greenwood, Reagan, Glasscock, Rankin, and Saint Lawrence were on scene.
That fire was put out by 8:00 PM Monday.
