Odessa Man Charged WIth Killing Infant

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is behind bars, charged with killing an infant in 2008.
John Bailey, 41, was arrested Wednesday morning. He's charged with capital murder in connection with the death of 5-week-old Dustyn Bailey Wright in March 2008. The infant suffered head injuries in the alleged incident, and was taken to Medical Center Hospital. Wright died after he was airlifted to the hospital in El Paso.
Bailey is being held in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
