The Midland Festival Ballet Presents The Nutcracker

Midland Festival Ballet is pleased to present its 17th annual production of The Nutcracker with music by Peter Tchaikovsky performed by The Midland-Odessa Symphony Orchestra.  Performances will be held on Saturday, December 11 at 7:30pm and Sunday, December 12 at 2:30pm. The Nutcracker will be performed at Lee High School Auditorium.  

Guest artists will include Amy Fote and Simon Ball from Houston Ballet performing the roles of Sugar Plum Fairy and Cavalier.  Nicholas Leschke also from Houston Ballet, will guest as Herr Drosselmeyer and Joseph Goodman from Paradise Ballet in Key West, Florida, will perform the role of Candy Cane Soloist and Soldier Doll.  Guest Artist Edward McPherson will perform as Arabian.
