MIDLAND -- If you need to get a rabies shot for your dog, or you're behind on your licenses with the city or county, there is a one-stop shop being set up on Thursday.

From 4:00pm - 7:00pm at the Midland Animal Shelter they'll be able to give pets any needed vaccinations, get them legal with the proper licenses, or microchip them so they can be identified if they run away.

They also say it's a great opportunity if you want to adopt an animal, since there will be so many people there to help you.

There is a $20 fee for the services, and the shelter asks that you pay in cash. They also ask that all dogs be kept on leashes, and cats be kept in cages.
