ODESSA -- An Odessa man is behind bars charged with dealing cocaine.

Jose Tercero, 55, was arrested Tuesday. An arrest affidavit says an informant bought 6 grams of cocaine from Tercero and 26 year-old Stevan Tarango at a 7-Eleven on West 8th Street in August. Tarango was arrested in October on several charges.

Odessa Narcotics officers were recently able to identify Tercero because of a pronounced limp. When they contacted him, they found the informant's number in his cell phone and later arrested him.

Tercero is being held in the Ector County Detention Center.
