Tenderloin with Texas Beef Council Signature Rub

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. extra
virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic,
minced
1 Tbsp. all
purpose Greek seasoning
1 Tbsp. medium
grind black pepper
Instructions:
Rub
entire roast with olive oil and garlic.
Combine Greek
seasoning and black pepper. Rub into surface of roast.
Roast
according to roasting guidelines.
