Midland Man Arrested For Misappropriation Of Funds Out On Bond

MIDLAND -- A Midland man who was arrested for misappropriating funds from a school in the Tall City is out on bond.

    Randall Tanner was arrested on Monday. Tanner, 48, was indicted for misappropriation of fiduciary property on December 8th.

    The indictment says that Tanner sold $200,000 dollars worth of insurance to Midland Christian School in 2006. Tanner allegedly took that money and used it for his own benefit.

    Tanner was released after posting $200,000 dollars bond.
