New Mexico Man Arrested For Having Sex With Minor

ODESSA -- A New Mexico man is behind bars in Odessa, after police say he had sex with an underage girl.

    According to an arrest affidavit, 21 year-old Raul Roman Gonzales Jr. had sex with a 13-year-old girl at a motel in September. The girl's father complained to police about her relationship with Gonzales, and the girl told police that she had sex with Gonzalez at the Deluxe Inn on Grant. Police found a receipt for a motel room there in Gonzales name, and police say he admitted the activity.

    Now Gonzales charged with felony sexual assault.
