Home Sales Down In Midland And Nationally

MIDLAND -- The latest figures show that national home prices have declined for the fourth straight month.
Corelogic is reporting that national home prices -- including distressed sales -- declined by a little more than 5 percent in November 2010 when compared to November 2009.
That trend was no different in Midland. Corelogic reports that home prices declined just under 3 percent in the Tall City during that time.
