MIDLAND -- A teenager is behind bars in Midland, accused of a string of burglaries in the Tall City.

Jacob Lyon was arrested on December 16th, after police responded to a burglary call. They found him on a roof at 2805 Haynes.

According to an arrest affidavit, Lyon, 18, and another suspect were arrested for breaking into another home on Haynes and stealing money from a glass jar. Police say the stolen money was found on Lyon, and the jar was found in a dumpster.

Lyon was charged with felony burglary of a habitation for the incident. According to the Midland County Sheriff's Office, Lyon is also charged with another felony home burglary, a felony theft and a misdemeanor car burglary. In addition, Maricopa County in Arizona considers him a fugitive from justice.

Midland Police say that Lyon pulled off most of these crimes after he bonded out of prison for previous crimes. Now, he's being held without bond.
