Arthur Alan Arnason (not pictured) will spend 37 months behind bars, and Charles Thompson will serve 30 months. Rikki Brianne Johnson also got an 18 month sentence yesterday. All three pleaded guilty to destruction of an energy facility in October, and they admitted that they sold 996 pounds of the stolen wire to a recycling center.
The three will be on supervised release for three years after their terms are complete. They'll also have to pay $218,000 in restitution to precision drilling.
