1099 Forms Mailed Out Across Texas

MIDLAND -- If you're currently employed, chances are you've already received your tax return. But if you're retired and still waiting - we have some good news.
The Employees Retirement System of Texas says the last of their 1099 forms were mailed out Monday. They're being sent to retirees who received a payment from the E.R.S. in 2010 for things like a monthly annuity or withdrawing money from your retirement.
All 1099 forms should be received by February 4th.
