PYOTE -- A new, multi-million dollar rest area is set to go up along Interstate 20.

The new rest stop is going to be about 2 miles east of Pyote in Ward County. It will have a number of interactive exhibits meant to showcase the history of that area. In particular, it'll focus on the World War II army air base that was once located there. There will also be nature trails, play structures, plenty of parking areas and more.

The groundbreaking is scheduled for February 2nd.
