Howard County Skull Is Remains Of A Man

HOWARD COUNTY -- More information has been released on a skull that was found in Howard County last month.
The skull was found in the northern part of the county on December 20th, near U.S. 87. It was later sent for a forensic evaluation.
Howard County Sheriff Stan Parker says the skull is the remains of a man, but adds that they're still waiting for the final report.
