ARLINGTON --  A report of a suspicious package near the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas this morning turned out to be a false alarm.

Authorities were called to an area near the stadium after someone threw something in a storm drain and then drove away.

The SWAT team and a bomb squad were called in to investigate.

Crews checked the storm drain but say they didn't find anything unusual, just
 trash.

Several roadways were shut down near the stadium as authorities investigated.

The Super Bowl will be played at the stadium on Sunday, February 6th.
