A wreath was laid at Cape Canaveral in honor of the Challenger's crew who died when the shuttle exploded shortly after liftoff.
The widow of Space Shuttle Challenger commander Dick Scobee offered quotes from the speech that former President Ronald Reagan gave the night of the Challenger tragedy.
She said "the future doesn't belong to the fainthearted" and that the "Challenger crew was pulling us into the future and we'll continue to follow them."
