Today had warm temperatures and sunny skies.  But big change is on the way.  A system is going to reach the Basin overnight.  Temperatures will drop, winds will pick up, and we could see a few inches of snow by the afternoon.  With the wind and low temperatures, wind chill will be in the single digits Tuesday morning.  Sky conditions will remain mostly cloudy Tuesday night, but temperatures, still on the decline, will reach into the single digits.   Wind Chill will reach well below 0.  Conditions will remain cold and windy by Theursday.  Then Friday's temperatures will pick back up and skies begin to clear.
