MIDLAND -- Last week, Big 2 reported on an alleged rape that happened at a McDonalds in Midland. Now, police have made an arrest in that case.

Ronnie Fluellen, 35, is behind bars for his alleged role in the Thursday attack. Details are slim about the incident, two McDonalds employees were reportedly involved. Midland Police shared some tips with Big 2 on how to keep this type of incident from happening to other employees.

"If you're leaving work, and you don't feel comfortable you can always call the Midland Police Department or have someone that you know walk out with you," says M.P.D. Officer Jimmy Young.

Young said if you're in this situation you can call the department's non-emergency number: 432-685-7110.
