Arthur Glynn Thomas, Jr. was sentenced to 10 years behind bars Thursday morning. He will also spend 8 years on supervised release.
Midland Police officers were called to Thomas' home on Fairmount early on the morning of August 29th for a noise complaint. Thomas tried to close the door on the officers before running away, but officers got a search warrant for the home and found more than 100 packages of crack cocaine in the home, along with $3000.
U.S. Marshals arrested Thomas in late September, and he pleaded guilty to the charges in November.
