Doug Russell Pool Deals With Broken Pipe

MIDLAND - Warmer weather has returned to the Permian Basin, but there are still lingering problems from the week's frigid temperatures -- one of which is affecting the Doug Russell Pool.
The City of Midland tells Big 2 that a water line feeding to the pool broke Wednesday morning. The line fed directly into the pool. Since the pool is currently closed, it doesn't have any running water to keep it from freezing.
The city says work on the line should be done in time for the pool to open on schedule this summer.
