LUBBOCK -- Another former inmate took the stand against John Paul Hernandez Monday.

Hernandez is the former principal of the West Texas State School in Pyote. He's accused of molesting several inmates there.

The former inmate who took the stand Monday said that he initially didn't tell investigators about the abuse he says he suffered because he was worried about retaliation. He also said he was molested more than a dozen times while he was at the school.

Hernandez's attorney says all the inmates made up the abuse to try and get transferred from the facility.
